Her Toy Factory is on the brink of financial ruin, and to Cruella this is the fault of puppies everywhere. So Cruella has reprogrammed her unsold toys and turned them into a miniature army of robotic dog-nappers. Aided and abetted by her seedy side-kick Jean-Pierre LePelt and her devious henchmen Horace ad Jasper Baddum, Cruella is convinced her plan is unbeatable - this is what you are against!
