Exclusief: Uitleg over Guild Wars 2-guilds

Een tijdje geleden kreeg 9lives het genoegen om een babbeltje te slaan met onder andere Stephen Hutchins, product manager van NCsoft, die heel wat interessante zaken te vertellen had over Guild Wars 2. Helaas kon hij niet meteen op onze vraag omtrent het guildsysteem antwoorden, waardoor hij het eens moest navragen. Nu, twee weken later, wist men het volgende te melden:
"Our guild system features cross worlds (servers) guilds. We also have tech trees, so the guild works together on upgrading the guild and unlocking benefits. Players can be members in multiple guilds on the same account – you can see all guilds associated with your account at once and choose which guild you want to represent for each character. The whole system is designed to enrich the social experience of the players and allow leaders to pick rewards relevant to their guild."
